In 1820 census, Henry was living in Franklin Co., KY. He died there before the 1830 census. Peggy listed in the 1830 census. Some researchers declare this is the Henry Tennison that died ca. 1837 in Missouri. Their is no evidence to prove this claim.
Ancestry.com has this family listed as Zachariah Tennison married to Peggy ALLEY. Marriage date tracks with information from other sources. Do not know which name combination is correct: Henry Zachariah or Zachariah Henry. Add to that confusion, our family has a second man named the Zachariah Henry Tennison, b. 1777, son of Abraham C. Tennison from the Absolam Line. This second Zachariah was born 1777 in NC, a generation later than our first.
