- Although there is a Thomas Tennison in the 1790 Census of Rowan Co., NC list, I do not belief it is this Thomas Tennison. The census listed a Thomas Tennison with 1 male over 16, 2 males under 16, and 4 females. I think that this Thomas family belongs to a different segment of our family.
